Evening lecture at the DBU exhibition “MenschenWelt” at the DBU Center for Environmental Communication:
Prof. Dr. med. Klaus Kümmerer: “Our water – how can we keep it clean?

Tuesday, 22 January 2019, 6:30 pm at the DBU Center for Environmental Communication in Osnabrueck

New products developed by the chemical and pharmaceutical industries are important for our health care system and our prosperity. But more of them are in wastewater and the water cycle. Increasing proportion of these new substances can not be removed from the latest wastewater treatment technology. To date, it is still unclear what concrete effects can.

Prof. Dr. Klaus Kümmerer from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg wants to address this question in his lecture: What are the possibilities to protect our water from contamination? (in German)

At 17:45 there will be a guided tour of the “People’s World” exhibition.
